ABOUT ME

I'm new to this couchsurfing stuff, so please forgive me.
I'm moving to Seattle from the Midwest around September 15th for grad school. Due to unfortunate circumstances, I won't have a place to live right away, so it would be nice to have somewhere to crash temporarily while I figure it out. I have a cat as well, who I simply cannot leave Wisconsin without.

About me... I'm Danielle, a 22 year old grad student. I'm generally a really friendly, down to earth person. My mind is open to any and all ideas. I'm into intersectional feminism if that means anything to you. I can be quiet at first, but when given the chance, I warm up quickly and make friends easily.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've stayed on friends' couches and they found me to be respectful and clean.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

On a cruise, I was a part of the entertainment on the ship with my marching band.

I obtained my bachelors degree in 3.5 years.

I'm a survivor.

Teach, Learn, Share

I did brain research in my undergrad and studied a little bit of neuroscience. So one of the things I found the most mind blowing in my experience, is that the specific area of the brain that activates when you feel physical pain is the same area that activates when you feel emotional pain. Whoa.
