As of now I am recently graduated from Florida State University, where I received my degree in nursing. I moved to Saint Petersburg, FL where I work at a children's hospital. Here I work with children with cancer and blood disorders. It is a very rewarding job and I cannot imagine doing anything else. I love to travel but struggle with the funds since I am currently paying off college loans. In 2015 I backpacked Europe with two of my best friends for a month. We couch surfed our way through four countries and truly felt blessed for the experience. We met amazing people along the way and I cannot think of a better way to meet people, learn their culture, and delve into the world unknown.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - Anything indie/alternative. Sufjan Stevens is the man. Oh but I also grew up with Blink 182.
Movies - Huge fan of LOTR, it's actually my favorite movie(s). But other movies I love are: Goodwill Hunting, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, The Notebook, Shawshank Redemption, Into the Wild, Silence of the Lambs, any Pixar movies.
Books - Favorite book is the Kite Runner. I also really loved Perks of Being a Wallflower.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think the most amazing thing I've done is gotten the courage to do this - backpack Europe. My friends and I are currently taking it day by day, but typically I am someone who plans things way out in advance so sometimes I struggle to not worry about the future. As much as I like to think I'm a free spirit or strive to be someone like that, I find comfort in planning, scheduling, and organization.
