Our house in Madrid is quite small and also very well located (close to Tirso De Molina - Sol - Latina - Lavapies -Plaza Mayor). You can walk to most of the sights. Metro and buses are close and also electrical public bycicles available nearby.
You will have your own bedroom (stuffed with much of our stuff :) with an inflatable mattress that should be ok for 2 adults.
There is wifi and washing machine.
