We are a married American couple who have been living in Asia for more than 3 years. We travelled through almost every country in Asia while teaching English along the way. Now we are hoping to explore Europe and make friends along the way.

My wife and I have been living around the world (mostly Asia) for more than three years and have stayed in A LOT of hostels and hotels. We have had some great accommodations and met some amazing people. However, hostels and hotels are usually filled with people from anywhere but the city you are in. We would love an opportunity to meet more people who know the city, country, and culture in which we are traveling.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

One of the most amazing things I have done is worked on a pirate ship! I crewed the hundred foot long tall ship "The Lady Washington". It has been in movies like The Pirates of The Caribbean, Star Trek Generations, and many others as well as TV shows. It is also a moving park for history education! We would sail from Canada to Mexico every year and teach school kids about life as a sailor along the way. It was a very surreal experience to sail an all wood replica of a 200 year old boat from port to port down the American West Coast.

We both love to cook and share experiences. We have both worked as English teachers for the last 4 years. I went to school for visual journalism and worked as a newspaper reporter and photographer in the USA. I am also well-versed in social and multi media tools and software.
