ABOUT ME

24/m/Norway. I write words and sometimes people pay me for them.

If you love discussing literature, language, evolution, philosophy, artificial intelligence, history, cinema, the universe, politics, football or music then we will get along very well. But mostly I just want to learn about stuff I know nothing about.
I'm an orderly person; I keep my things neat and tidy. Having lived with many other guys I can safely say I'm a very clean and hygienic guy. That said, I don't hate messes.
I get told I am a very laidback and easygoing person, who will adapt to whatever situation I am in.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've used Couchsurfing many times, and it's always been a fantastic tool to bring with me on my travels. I've only used it in Europe so far, and would like to test it in more exotic locations!
I've yet to host anyone, but will sure to start doing that as soon as I get my own place in Oslo this coming summer!

Intereses

Writing fiction, music, and lyrics. I also play the guitar and the banjo, and am currently looking to start playing the piano.
I (obviously) enjoy traveling and backpacking, and I hope to live a life where I can move to a new city every 2 or 3 years.

Música, películas y libros

Being a student of literature I naturally love reading, but I try to keep my literary tastes varied and telling of who I am as a person. Favourite authors would list Bukowski, Kundera, Camus, Stanislaw Lem, Olaf Stapledon Ursula le Guin... I like to travel by page before I travel by foot. A new destination goes great with a literary tourguide. If you like to read, feel free to share some of your favourites.
For films, Baraka/Samsara inspire my love of travel, culture, history and colour, but film generally is a huge interest of mine.

I once climbed Norway's tallest mountain in my underwear, does that count as amazing? No, no it doesn't.

Any of my skills and interests are up for grabs - if you want to learn the guitar, or talk literature, or just meander in conversation until the early hours, I'm all for it! If you like writing yourself, I'll happily lend an ear or an eye to your work - I've been told I'm a great editor.
