About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To outlive the end of the world of 2012.

ABOUT ME

I graduated university this past summer, where I studied Journalism and have been travelling Europe since September. I've been writing about where I've been and what I've done and you can look at that at www.danielrosney.com
I say "Please" and I say "Thanks", I always put the toilet seat back down and I'm very respectful. I'm a sociable person, I love music, popular culture, debates and meeting new people.

PHILOSOPHY

As far as we know, we only get one life. Debt is debt. I'll worry about that later. Let's see the world first.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was always a bit wary of CS but I've been using it now properly since mid-November 2012 and I love it. I'm surfing at the moment but once I return home and get a job and move out from my parents then I am going to host!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm new to it all but everyone I have met have been great hosts!

Interests

I enjoy running and I'm currently training for a 2013 marathon, hopefully it will be in London. I'm rarely seen without a book, currently emerged in the Game of Throne series. I like history, especially European history. I find the past very fascinating and I have an interest in visiting places where important events took place no matter how great or small. I'm also developing a television script based in the 1950's.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being in Sydney on New Years Eve in 2010 was amazing, the fireworks were phenomenal and it's somewhere I've always wanted to be on NYE since I was a child.
I had an interview at Buckingham Palace this year (I didn't get the job) but I got to walk through Buckingham Palace which was cool.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Fiji, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Macedonia, New Zealand, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Sweden, Turkey, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
