WHO AM I?: I'm a nomadic journalist and dancer! I'm making my way around the world in search of stories. And while I am an American, I am NOT a Trump supporter.

MISSION: I'm living on the road for half a year—moving fast and writing fiercely—looking for stories to write about anywhere I go!

WHAT TO EXPECT: I'm always ready for a good time, grabbing a drink, either talking about big idea or just joking around and shooting the shit. I'm definitely interested in getting to know my hosts, but if you have a busy schedule, I can — as Bruce Lee said — be like water :)

PERSONALITY: I'm a very outgoing and sociable guy. I love joking and I make friends quickly. I'm very much an extravert, but can be very calm and quiet when needed. Sometimes, I'll need a few minutes of alone-time to re-charge. But I'll let you know when I do ;)

To stay in a hotel is tourism. To sleep in another's home is to travel.

When I come to a city, I want to cut to the heart of it. I want to stay with people who understand their town, who love their town, (who hate their town), who can tell me what the tour guide can't, or won't. I want to make friends, to break a little bread, to spill a little beer, to tell some good jokes and share a few silent, human moments.

I COOK! Give me a kitchen, some vegetables, and half an hour, and I can make you a warm meal.

I DANCE! I dance swing & blues, salsa & bachata, breakdance, and just plain-old clubbing. If it's music, I'll move to it.

I JAM! I improvise on the piano, guitar, ukulele. Give me a cajón and i'll give you a beat. Bonus: I can belt celtic folk songs and a couple of Beatles tunes.
