I am on a mission to empower myself and others by learning how to communicate effectively and take personal responsibility for my happiness.

ABOUT ME

I am a 25-year-old student born in Denver, Colorado where I am a part-time massage therapist at the Manton Clinic in Denver. I am also a student at Metropolitan State University, where I am pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics with a Minor in Spanish Translation. It is my intention to continue my education and teach English and meditation sciences around the world. I also enjoy teaching circus arts to people of all ages. I have recently returned home to Colorado after a year of performing in Bocas del Toro, Panama, and I plan on continuing my traveling adventures whenever the opportunities present themsleves.

I believe that every decision of health we make for ourselves as individuals is a contribution of health for all of humanity. I envision a world where we can be made aware of all of the opportunities available to us, and where we can support each other in this continuing growth process we affectionately refer to as life.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am currently a student and so am not traveling as much at the moment, but I do when I can! It is my favorite thing to teach any of the skills I've attained over the years, such as massage, health and wellness, dance and circus skills, and fire performance. It love to put on shows and express myself through art. I think it's important to strike a balance between understanding the mind, the body and the spirit to enhance our experience as human beings.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never really couchsurfed abroad! I have definitely couchsurfed in my home country in Denver and the Pacific Northwest (Oregon, Washington), but I always knew the people first. This is a new experience for me.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love well-written nonfiction regarding health sciences and language, spiritual texts ranging from traditional to contemporary, and sci-fi, as well as graphic novels.

With regards to music, I am a huge fan of world music and instrumental music such as Bela Fleck and Edgar Meyer, as well as Ludovico Eiunadi. I enjoy everything from melodic death metal to Latin jazz, it just depends on my mood.

I don't watch as many movies as I "should" but when I am on Netflix I usually watch TedTalks or comedy shows like Portlandia
