ABOUT ME

We are a family of 3 (Danielle, Jeff and Kiyo). Jeff and I have been married for 14 years. Kiyo was born in 2007, and he is the joy in our lives. We love to travel, and the idea of CS is something new and interesting for us.
I am a biologist with specialist degree in Environmental Education. Jeff is an artist with a BFA in arts with concentration in Photography. Kiyo is an awesome kid, smart and witty. He knows what he wants even at such an early age.
Kiyo does not eat much sweets and does not drink any soda. We'd appreciate if you are staying with us that you do not offer any of that to him. We live in the United States now. We are trying to eat healthier meals and live a more sustainable life. It is not easy, but we are trying.
I am currently enrolled in the Masters Program for Environmental Sciences at Florida Atlantic University. I am working on a research project, and I love what I do.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We went CS during our last trips to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We were hosted by Carol and her wonderful family before we even knew CS existed. We also stayed at another friend from the same discussion group I met Carol in Angra dos Reis, Brazil. The experiences were both wonderful, and resulted in friendships that will certainly last.

I love movies, music and books. My all time favorite movie is: The Sound of Music. We currently have been watching a whole bunch of cartoons and animated features such as Finding Nemo, The Incredibles, Wall-E, and such.I am very eclectic as far as music.
