About Me
I think I can say I'm a decent, funloving and curious person. I have a wide range of interests, like anthropology, sociology, literature but my two greatest loves are languages and music . I try to live my life the way I want to and enjoy the little things in life. I would like to make a difference to the world one day in any way that I can, by helping others who are suffering to live a better life, by contributing to the community I live in through humanitarian and volunteering work and through my knowledge and skills, and also to contribute intellectually to my professional field.

Music, Movies, and Books
I primarily like jazz, funk, soul but also some rock, pop and triphop. Some of my favourite artists include James Brown, Sade, Marvin Gaye, Donnie Hataway, Nina Simone, Herbie Hancock and Erica Badu . My ambition is to become a musician and songwriter someday and create my own original music style, but I also have other interests so I'll have to figure out how to combine all that.
I don't read novels too often. More often I read books about history, linguistics and psychology, but some of my favourite literature books include The Arch of Triumph by Erich Maria Remark and Prokleta avlija by the Bosnian writer Ivo Andric.
I'm not much of a cinephile but I like good comedies (especially silly spoof comedies likeThe Naked gun) thrillers, dramas, some fantasy films like Lord of the rings and The Prince of Persia, some science fiction movies like The Matrix and superhero movies like the Blade trilogy, Batman and X-Men movies. I also like films that don't follow the regular patterns and cliches of mainstream cinema, and some such films that have left a deep impression on me lately include: The Skin I Live In starring Antonio Banderas, The Passage, and District 9.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiked the Samaria gorge in Crete, Greece
Crossed 38 kilometers during 12 hours while on a pilgrimage to a monastery
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you some English, German, French or Serbo-Croatian and a little bit of Greek, and a little bit about the history, culture, mentality and the political and social sircumstances in Montenegro and the Balkan region.
I want to learn from people with different lifestyles and ways of thinking. I would like to learn about the positive aspects of other cultures and their values and also about the advantages and disadvantages of living in their countries and societies.
What I Can Share with Hosts
If you decide to be my guest, I will be hospitable and ready to help you in any way that I can, and will give my best to make you feel pleasant in my company and in my home. I will give you all the neccesary information you need for getting around, tell you what to see. I can maybe go sightseeing with you and have a drink if my obligations permit me to. We can also eat together at my house and/or dine out if you like.
Beyond that, I can share my fairly good sense of humour, my silliness,my insights about life, religion, human psychology and other things, plus my experiences in the countries I've lived in or visited like Greece, Malta and the US.
Also, I can share with you a lot of interesting stuff about Montenegrin and Balkan culture and history.
