Overview
About Me
Hi! I was born in Sydney (the Land of Koalas), and moved to China when I was 7. I came here (Los Angeles) 4 years ago, and just graduated from UCLA in Neuroscience. I'm always curious, open-minded and willing to learn! Good conversations fuel me to meet new people and explore new places. I especially love it when people nerd out about the things they're passionate about 🤓
Also. Coffee. Is. Life. I roast my own coffee beans and am always looking to try different roasters and cafes wherever I travel. Let know if you have any coffee suggestions. Also, I'll make you an aeropress coffee if we cross path :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because of my background, traveling and learning different culture is a part of my identity. After learning about Coachsurfing, I became really curious about this way unconventional way of traveling so I wanted to do more with it. I look forward to all the adventures awaiting and meeting some awesome people here!

Music, Movies, and Books
My all-time favorite movie is Inception. Though, let's be real, when has Christopher Nolan ever disappointed? 😏 My favorite book is Zen and the Art if Motorcycle Maintenance. My taste in music is always morphing. I used to love a lot of chill edm artists, including ODESZA, RKCB, Illenium, Jai wolf, Galantis, and Flume (that I still LoVE!!!) Now I'm more into RnB, hip hop and a bit of reggae, digging anything drake, 50 cents, Bob Marley and Snoop DoggyDog 👌🏻
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've jumped off a mountain in the Dominican Republic last summer!
I also did a 30-day-challenge recently where I did one thing that scared me everyday. It was a combination of things that I've always wanted to do (i.e. talk to a hobo, challenge my femininity, write a letter to my future self) and silly, adventurous things (I.e sing at open mic night, take a self-defense class, go to my first Couchsurfing event). Ask me more about it :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I can offer the stories and lessons I've learnt from my 30-day-challenge. It was quite a self-developing/exploring project I took on that ended up being one of the proudest things I've done! I'm also willing to share some dark stories if you'd like to know.
I love learning about people's professions, stories and takes on things. Haha I'm a nerd, and can you tell, I love nerds too.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A good cup of Joe? Though, I'll help out in any way possible during my stay!
