Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm really interested in travel and love the whole concept. In my view it's a lot better to stay with a local who knows the area than dish out for a hotel room by yourself.

One of my great passions in life is travel like I mentioned, I also enjoy art, reading, video games (esp N64) and drinking games. I like to go on hikes/walks, enjoy nature and sunshine.

Fight Club, American Beauty, The Lord of the Rings (films and books), the Hangover, Pineapple Express, Superbad, Inbetweeners. I love classic rock, Jazz and Blues although not exclusively, I listen to most things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-I once climbed one of the mountains around Alice Springs, with my cousin, in flip-flops after we drank a huge amount of Jagermeister. We sat at the top and talked all night and watched an extremely distant wannabe street racer drift his car into a tree.
-Last year my department threw out a huge amount of wood so me and my friend dragged the pieces home bit by bit and constructed a fort in my back garden with working drawbridge and turrets.
-I once caught a full beer that someone knocked off the table, barely spilt a drop.
