Hello, Hola! My name is Daniel Gutierrez, I'm a 25 year old Mexican/ Canadian living in Toronto, Canada. I am currently travelling central/ South America for the next 6 months and would love to meet TONS of new amazing people!
I am an extremely easy going person who absolutely loves to learn new cultures and explore what this world is all about. Some of my friends have taken up office jobs straight out of graduating school, however that is not the route for me! Growing up I have always wanted to see what the rest of the world has to offer and have since been travelling on and off for the last 3 years.

I am really into cooking, bartending, soccer, yoga, meditation, and learning new cultures from around the world. I am a very respectful person who appreciates a great intellectual conversation about any subject. I’m new to couch surfing and so I thought I’d give it a go and am looking forward to meeting tons of new people. When I get back to Toronto in the summer time I will definitely be hosting people as well :)

I think that the most important thing about traveling is the people you meet! Of course you can see and witness some of the incredible places/landscapes that the world has to offer but more often than not, it is the amazing people you meet along your journey that have a profound impact on your travels.

I cannot wait to meet different individuals from all around the world, encompassing a variety of cultures, ideas, energies and overall outlook on life. I believe that in order to grow, one must absorb an array of different perspectives and ideologies and also share his or her own. That is what I want to do, and connect with whomever I meet around the world!
