About Me

To eat Mexican food in far away lands...and also in Mexico

One time I traveled for a year, and that was great, but my favorite part was meeting strangers.

As it turns out, strangers are really cool.

The same as everyone else: try to live in the moment, etc, etc.

Also, a friend is someone who will give you half their orange.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I slept on a lot of couches, now people sleep on mine

Couch is the new bed.

History, politics, pretending to learn languages, trying not to sound pretentious in my "Interests."
Anything that involves running and/or jumping. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Cycling far and wide. Ultimate Frisbee.

Mostly laughing, though.

Music, Movies, and Books

Nabokov, The Sun Also Rises, Down and Out in Paris and London, Homage to Catalonia, One Hundred Years of Solitude, The Trial, On The Road
