ABOUT ME

Very laid back person and easy to get along with. I teach high school full-time at an international school in Lima but during the summers I like to travel as much as possible-site seeing by day and then checking out the nightlife (restaurants, bars, etc.). I enjoy getting to know people from other cultures! I like to have fun and joke around a lot although I can be serious when it is necessary, which thankfully is not very often :). I have also been told I can party with the best of them

Favorite movie is Rushmore. I like to read books about philosophy, psychology, history, politics, etc. I also recently started reading Game of Thrones which has been taking up more of my free time than I like to admit haha

Took some students to China last summer for a conference, taught in Ireland for a semester, and had to live in a Belgian airport for three days once!

Enseña, aprende, comparte

Two of the courses I teach are at the collegiate level: Comparative Politics and Macroeconomics. I know a lot about political science, history, philosophy, and movies :) I also really enjoy discussing topics in education and educational policy and I also like to meet other teachers to discuss and create new teaching strategies. Willing and open to talk about any of these topics or anything in general
