About Me
Hey, I’m Dany.
I’m a mix of things—part bookworm, part visual storyteller, part music junkie. I work in digital imaging, but my heart beats for art, deep talks, and spontaneous adventures.
I'm based in Beirut, a city that's chaotic, soulful, and endlessly fascinating—kind of like life itself. I love getting lost in side streets, old stories, and weird playlists.
Couchsurfing, for me, isn’t just about a place to crash—it’s about people, connection, and those random moments you remember years later.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because the best parts of travel are usually the people you meet along the way.
Whether it’s hosting, meeting up for coffee, or just sharing stories, I believe everyone brings something unique into your life—even if it’s just for a night.
I like showing travelers a more real side of Lebanon—beyond the guidebooks and postcards. And when I travel, I love meeting locals who can do the same.
Interests
Photography (my camera goes everywhere with me)
Music that makes you feel something
Long walks with no destination
Books that mess with your head a little
Films—especially the ones that stay with you
Road trips with good playlists and better company
Honest conversations, especially with strangers
Music, Movies, and Books
Books: Bukowski’s grit, Kundera’s philosophy, Dostoevsky’s depth, and some Dan Brown for the thrill. Also into graphic novels, modern poetry, and fiction that lingers.
Music: Anything from underground; ethnic to the strangely beautiful—music that makes you feel.
Movies: Too many to list, but I love films that make you think, laugh, or feel something real.
What I Can Share with Hosts
