About Me

Instagram is a good way to see the type of person that I am: Abitaways

Always a bit restless, I want to taste life from every bit of the spectrum. When writing, I'm always at a lost for words but when I speak, it's a lot easier.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I prefer to measure my journeys by friends, not miles. The stamps in my passport are always nice mementos but it's those moments with friends that I cherish

A drunken bike ride in the Netherlands while holding on to dear life behind a 200cm Dutchman to finding a open restaurant during Pauza Cafe in Venice...

Those are the memories I long for even a I live them.

Interests

Water - Canals, Rivers, Oceans, Lakes. I love how the water always moves, every second it gets a second chance at a new start.

Music - You know that song that makes you feel like the artist just speaks to you? I try to find that in everywhere.

Music, Movies, and Books

Genre/Artist I like: Indie Dance (Finis Mundi, Vijay and Sofia, Addal to name a few), Major Lazer, GuitK, Flume, Fool's Gold Records.

Books: I'm not going to lie that recently I've been slacking in this area but all time favorites would be Down and Out in Paris and London, King of the Wind, 6th HP Book, Count of Monte Cristo

Literature: Travel books like Lonely Planet, Fodor's and rough guides. I like to write little annotations into the books as far as my own recommendations. New Yorker, Travel and Leisure, National Geographic.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Trekked back to East London after a night with Flapper girl, Pregnant Escort, Spanish Supermodels ... with nothing except a bag from Scotch and Soda. I'll tell you more when we meet!

Teach, Learn, Share

One time on my flight to San Francisco, my neighbor offered a SuperShuttle for me to get back to San Francisco which was 40 miles out of his way to help me home. I am habitually stunned by how kind people are when you give them a chance.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Cooking, tidying up and sharing stories! Listening as well, I give as good as I get.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, China, Czech Republic, France, Hong Kong, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Panama, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand
