ABOUT ME

I am a partnered 34-year-old male, non-smoker. I work fulltime as a faculty trainer and adjunct professor at Saint Leo University near Tampa, Florida. I am your typical young professional, although a bit more career-focused than most, which is why I'm always thinking about getting away to a new destination. I live with my boyfriend Jacob in historic Ybor in Tampa. We're a couple of easy-going, curious cubs that like the beach, snuggling with a movie on the couch, and tropical cocktails.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm here to meet new folks, have new experiences, share my love of the Tampa Bay region, and maybe practice my rusty norsk.

Interests

I'm a geek - the kind who knows lots of popular TV/film references. Love relaxing, and while I'm doing that I'm reading and enjoying nature. Traveling to new places, meeting new people, and learning about new cultures is always a part of my to-do list.

My love of author Barbara Kingsolver knows no bounds. Liz Lemon is my spirit animal. I have a deep, childlike connection with the Jurassic Park franchise. I find myself listening to the scores of Hans Zimmer for strength.
