About Me

CURRENT MISSION
Be the best Mom, friend, daughter and sister I can be. To serve others and this world in the very best way I can.

ABOUT ME

I am caring and compassionate and like to have fun. I have a big heart and love to connect with people. . Friends and family are top priorities in my world. Writing is something I love to do, helping others fills my heart, nature soothes my soul, connection serves my spirit, volunteering puts a smile on my face and learning new things inspires me.

PHILOSOPHY

Love, listen and learn. Do what you are passionate about, follow your gut, make time for the people who are important to you and live it up!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Sometimes my home is available for others to stay. Although I haven't hosted anyone from couchsurfing.org I have hosted many travellers and guests in my home.

My favourite way to travel is to meet locals and connect with the culture of the country, city, town, and people. Couchsurfing just makes sense to me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Unofficially I think I have been a couch surfer for a lifetime and hosted couch surfers many times throughout my lifetime. I am a veteran at being a host and making people feel at home. When I am staying in someone's home I like to help out in any way I can.

In 2011 I used couch surfing.org for the very first time to stay in Dieppe France - my hosts were AMAZING!

Interests

Cooking, hiking, dancing, painting, exploring and learning new things. I like writing, sit quietly and being creative. I am an entrepreneur at heart.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love, love, love to cook - for you, with you and or help you prepare meals. I was raised on an organic farm in Canada, and owned my own business for 17 years. We can talk about almost anything. I love to learn and I love to share and exchange experiences.
