I'm Daria. I'm traveling with my husband Nick. We're currently traveling in Europe for our 10th wedding anniversary.
We met each other at an acting class, and we've been together ever since. We've taken a part in a local movies, directed our own short films, and created several commercials. We've started and sold a couple of businesses. We've traveled to Asia and even lived in Bali for about three years. Now, we're trying our hand at programming and video game development.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

So far our trip was pretty typical. We were sightseeing, taking pictures and trying local food. But then in Grenoble we met some local people and it was 100 times cooler. We had so much fun that we decided to try Couchsurfing.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Nine Inch Nails (of course) and other than that we like a lot of good stuff from Depeche Mode to The Weeknd.
Movies: You know, we are something of film buffs ourselves. We are so much into movies that it would be hard to pick our favorite ones. But Nolan, Fincher, Tarantino, Boyle and Wes Anderson are always in our rewatch list. And also I am a big fan of Friends and Buffy The Vampire Slayer.
Literature: We like reading books. Our favorite book author is Steven King.
Also we are really proud to be fans and modders of Project Zomboid.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share my medical knowledge about health and nutrition, because I have a medical degree and I constantly try to read new studies.
Also we skilled in graphical design, photography, photo and video editing and all other computer related stuff.
We like to learn new languages and so far we've only managed to pick up a couple of French words. It would be good to learn more from a native speaker.
