Overview
About Me
I'm a university student, my major is linguistics. I speak fluent Russian, fluent English and I can speak very basic German (I'm getting there). I'm an easy going, open minded, positive person.
I've been to 14 countries and also I've been on 3 exchange programs abroad. My longest exchange was in the USA where I stayed with a really great host family who are my close friends now. So I've had quite a bit of experience being hosted in foreign countries. That's why I'm choosing this to any other types of travelings.
I live in a single room apt in Velikiy Novgorod, Russia with my boyfriend.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
While traveling all over the world, I grew to love meeting new people and getting to know their culture. That's basically my goal while traveling- to get the cultural experience. The best ways to do it are to be hosted or to host someone.
I study linguistics and so foreign cultures and languages are my major. The other reason for me to use couchsurfing is because I'm still a student and i don't have a ton of money to spend on hotels :)
