Hi! ;) My name is Darek, I'm coming from Poland to take part in Bike Jamboree projekt. We're traveling around the world by bike. My route is from Los Angeles to Nogales through San Diego and Yuma. I'll spend in the USA 2 weeks and I will ride about 1100 km by bike. Here is some information about this projekt:
Bike Jamboree is a travel project, organized by the Stowarzyszenie Afryka Nowaka (Nowak’s Africa Association) and the World Jamboree Foundation. It is a bicycle relay around the world, covering 35 thousand kilometers during the 34th monthly stages of the 21 countries of the Northern Hemisphere. The project started on 27 May 2017 from Gdansk, to reach the International Scout Rally (July/Augus 2019, Virginia USA). The project will last for the two and a half years.
ROUTE
From Gdansk through Eastern Europe, Central Asia and the Siberian vastness of Russia, to the Yucat and Chukotka located at the „end of the world”. In the Bering Strait, we will cross the sea separating Asia from North America. We will continue our journey along the virgin Alaska, northern Canada and the western and central parts of the United States. We will „jump” to Western Europe from the East Coast to finish off on Sobieszewska Island in Gdansk.
