I am an Ironman enthusiast. I’m a father of 5 adults grandfather of 12 (so far) grandchildren.

I am also a ski instructor, personal trainer, triathlete and triathlon coach, swimming instructor/ coach, fan of mountains and sport / endurance activities.

I am passionate about teaching swimming techniques.

I like animals, especially dogs. I have a dog that accompanies me in my trainings.
