did u know that experiencing new people and different cultures are important steps for overcoming anxiety, depression and becoming free.
it really helped me you as a man. I have lived with people who have spent their whole lives living, working and travelling around the world. Associating with multi-cultured people is one of the healthiest things I can suggest for personality and character development. It helps expand your consciousness and cultural knowledge base. It helps you overcome old limitations and beliefs from your own culture that prevent you from being successful and making your own dreams come true.

PHILOSOPHY

Gareth: If you're so clever, what am I thinking now?
Tim: You're thinking "how can I kill a tiger armed only with a biro?"
Gareth: No.
Tim: You're thinking "if I crash land in a jungle will I be able to eat my own shoes?"
Gareth: No. And you can't.
