Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm curious about other cultures and do want to explore them by interaction with locals. Couchsurfing, in my opinion, is a great chance to meet new people and have exciting experience about each other.

Interests

I am actively engaged in debates because it broadens knowledge about the world and improves public speaking skills. I also like music, both listening and playing (I used to play in a rock band and teach piano lessons part time). As a continuation of music interests, I sing in the student choir. Apart from that, I like jogging and hiking.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to rock music, mostly british rock - The Beatles, U2, The Rolling Stones, Muse etc. Also, I have a passion for classic, such as Chopin, Mozart, Rakhmaninov, Tchaikovsky. There are also various modern R&B and pop music artists in my playlist: Justin Timberlake, Bruno Mars, Beyonce, Pharell Williams.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Living in Central Asia, I would love to share its culture, in particular, culture of Kazakhstan, with people. My country has a long and rich history, and it is a unique opportunity I want to provide outside home. Also, if you want, I can teach you the basics of programming and data analysis, which are highly demanded on the labor market. In addition, I can teach you basics of playng the piano, depending on duration of my stay.
