Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I generally will be using Couchsurfing when I'm on a photography project in a foreign country. Photography is an expensive often poorly paid activity and I need to reduce expenses. Meeting people who are sympathetic to travellers and often travellers themselves puts me in easy contact with the type of people who understand the passion for travel.
