To open ourselves up to new opportunities through various cultural experiences while having a lot of fun, being spontaneous, and enjoying each day of life in the process.

ABOUT ME

We're a married couple, 26 and 28, who met at grad school in Vermont at the School for International Training. Currently we're living in Vermont but we're moving abroad in June 2015 to embark on a new journey together. We're starting by backpacking parts of Europe for 2 months followed by a few months on the Azores. Eventually we'll hit the African continent and settle in a vibrant location. We love to travel! We are very active and like to try new things, eat, drink, play sports/games, party, go to festivals, matches, and explore the natural world. We are also really invested in political and social justice issues and enjoy talking about, experiencing, and even participating in movements of the people for change.

PHILOSOPHY

We live each moment of everyday "in the moment" and enjoy everything we have. We want to live life like the adventure it is, and "go with the flow", while having as many laughs as possible while trying new experiences at every opportunity.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We don't really have a suitable place for surfers at the moment but plan to eventually. Right now we are surfers and would love to meet locals when we travel to get the most out of the experience.

World Cup in South Africa at Soccer city, me and a buddy snuck down to close seats and watched Argentina V. Mexico....DIEGO MARADONA!! Also we watched South Africa beat france while in Kliptown, Soweto with hundreds of cheering Bafana Bafana fans (South Africa).
