ABOUT ME

Likes travelling, doing theatre, music, shows, dancing, the wood close to oslo, my mac, the colour orange, physical emotions (i like to "feel" music), the night sky with moons (its soo nice to be out in the darkness!!), intellectual stuffs, face to face communication, do theatre and a lot more things.--I like to learn languages, and spend some time with this (although im more a practical person than a linguist in terms of language).Im interested in various forms of theatre and drama (improvised theatre, and forum theatre/conflict theatre), and I rehearse and play from time to time, but its only a hobby. Right now I work as a teacher in upper highschool. I like high floating intellectual discussions and namedropping, although, I am certainly not serious all of the time! Im also interested in different forms of documentary of people - of telling stories or explaining cultures to other people. - In university we are very technical about this but I like different media and genres relatated to this (eks: photography/film/literature/cartoon/ethnography)I also like to meet people from around the world, people who have different viewpoints. I feel i often learn something from others.I like to walk in the forest, and sometimes run there. It is really nice area around Oslo, if you come visit, I recommend going there for a day (and not only see museums and stuff...)

I have hosted some times, and surfed sometimes, and been to a couple of gatherings in Oslo. From time to time i also correspond to people on couchsurfing (ask questions or just ask how they like it in oslo).

Im also particularly interested in some regions (history, people, culture). This includes Russia and former soviet states, specially caucaus, the middle east, and iran.

Reads now and then, wish i had the time and ability to read more. I like classical russian literature (tolstoi, dostojevski), come contemporary (Murakami), some american sci fi (le guid, philip k dick), some other classics (kundera, hemingway, hamsun)

Participated in a couchsurfing documentary! Yeah! In warsaw. Will be interesting to see result.

Participated in a roleplay about the Russian revolution outside of moscow in august, 2008, with moscow students dressed up as "white" and "reds". Sitting and singing songs from the revolution by the fireplace with the red guardists, yeah!
