About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To learn something from everyone, to connect with other humans, to live and learn and love

ABOUT ME

. Open-minded, extroverted, and always interested.

I play music / read / write / dance / explore / live

I don't need much sleep or much to sleep on, gimme a stretch of carpeted floor and I'm good.

I like to live, and during living I like to read, write, rock out, party, explore, dream, communicate, and everything in between

I am a human and i am trying to facilitate everyone's evolution!

PHILOSOPHY

I try to have fun and make life fun for others. Learn things and figure out the world. Get the most out of every day. Life is short and our actions are what define us, regardless of beliefs.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host a lot of surfers now that iI finally live in a openminded house! I've also surfed and gone to meetings, us couchsurfers are simply a different breed !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have taken a solo road trip across the USA!I stayed with a few hosts and met up with people in cities. It's been really amazing so far. Hosting is amazing! I had a few dozen surfers stay so far. That being said, it's a busy city and hosts get a LOT of couhrequests (like 4 to 10 a week easily, sometimes more!) So between hosting and work, if I don't respond I'm sorry! Don't have enough time to personally respond (That's why my response rate is low) but please don't let that stop you from sending a request. The more in advance the better, but you never know!

Interests

Literature, Music, Film, Knowledge Exploration, Communication, Consciousness

Music, Movies & Books

Rock and Roll is my lifeblood, but I love all music. It's culture, history, biology, and pure creativity all rolled into one and lit aflame to explode like C4 in your ear and rock your soul with sonic waves that reshape your entire being.

if you like Ween, we're going to be great friends!!!

other things I like enough to type here:

Tom Robbins Consciousness Kurt Vonnegut Dreams Wes Anderson Walking in Freezing Cold Rain Infected Mushroom VHS and CASSETTE tapes Tool Driving for Obscene Amounts Of Time Bill Hicks Asian Food Funkadelic Strangers Modest Mouse The Evolution of Technology Sublime Karaoke Terry Gilliam Climbing Things Charlie Kaufman Weird New Games With Rules I Don't Understand Yet Van Morrison

and everything else.

One Amazing Thing I've Done

Pompeii- I'd seen it in school books, in National Geographic, in Pink Floyd's live concert DVD, but getting there and seeing such an ancient wonder in real life.....nothing compares to that.

just knowing that thousands of years ago it was a unique and vibrant living city, and still to this day it's structures are still being unearthed and discovered....mind-boggling.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a Renaissance Man. I'm a little good at a lot of things, but can't say I've mastered anything but having a good time.

I can tell story after story though, once I get going. And I will listen as much as I'll talk, hearing the life-story of other people is always amazing.

My house has a plethora of instruments also, including a drum set in the kitchen! We jam a lot and would love for you to join in!
