Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
by being interested in others.
used to live in a house in West Philadelphia called the Happy House... most wonderful and tender memories. we hosted a few travelers who would stay for different amounts of time, sharing what they could - their yoga skills, their herbal talents etc.
Currently living in Marburg in a WG so hosting has become difficult.. I have a small room with just one bed, but considering hosting travelers with sleeping bags or strong preferences for cuddling :p
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
so far, not much "official" CS experience.
a few years ago, I hosted a seasoned traveler from Ireland who has since become a dear friend.
This yeah, I traveled to Berlin and was hosted by a wonderful couchsurfer.
we'll see what's next. I'm here to stay.

Some things are better left unsaid
Teach, Learn, Share
Can teach Georgian - it's language, history, culture.
I'd like to think I'm really good in political theory as well.
I'm also a professional tutor for subjects like IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, GRE, GMAT - who knows when it will be useful :)
Would like to learn more about personal religions, or how individuals deal with life's mysteries creatively.
Would like to learn more German, Portuguese, and Japanese.
Secretly want to learn more Laz and Svan.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Georgian food! I'd like to think I'm pretty good at cooking :)
