CURRENT MISSION

I have a job in Lyon over the summer but as of yet, nowhere to live. My mission is not to be homeless during these 3 months.

ABOUT ME

I'm pretty relaxed and easy going, I get along well with pretty much everyone I meet. I love trying new things and meeting new people but I don't think that's very unusual on Couch surfing. I'm definitely open to new experiences, I've lived in 5 countries over the last five years and about to add a sixth so I'm not scared of the unknown. I like nothing better than to share a beer with a new friend that I meet on my travels and exchange stories.

Interests

My main thing is learning new languages. I've been moving around trying to perfect my language skills by working in the countries where the language is spoken. I like to play the guitar. I love cooking and, since living in Colombia, I have developed an interest in salsa dancing, too (although I'm not very good).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I recently travelled to Punta Gallinas, which is the northernmost tip of South America. It's pretty difficult to reach, involving around 12 hours travelling by bus, truck and boat but when I eventually arrived, it was pretty cool to realise how remote I was and to feel the satisfaction of completing my goal. It didn't hurt that the scenery was stunning either. Actually, I've been in a state of awe during my entire time here in Colombia, it's rare that a day goes by where I am not amazed by something.
