Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My housemate Jared has a couch available so i unofficially host people. So far i have been lucky enough to meet and get to know a few couch surfers from around the world. Once i have the opportunity to travel i hope to surf a few couches myself.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Most amazing experience for me occurred when i was in Vanuatu. I was on a small island just off Santo with a population of only 500. One night i had to opportunity to go out snorkeling with the locals while they were spear fishing. We went to a reef sharks were less likely to show up (according to local knowledge) via handmade outrigger canoes. The reef looked amazing at night through the light of an underwater torch and it was fascinating to see fish caught with hand spears.

Teach, Learn, Share

Would love to learn some Japanese.

Would be happy to watch a good kung-fu movie with anyone that also shares a passion for martial arts.

Could teach a little bass guitar/guitar to any beginners that were keen.
