Better than a hundred years of idleness , is one day spent in determination.

ABOUT ME

I have been traveling now 4 years.
I have tried to live without money the first year, did and learn lots of permaculture and sustainable methods for grow and built oneself a place to live. Learn to survive but especially the impact of this.. secluded life..

The second year I did lots of volunteering in different backpackers hostels all around the world, learn about people and myself. And especially enjoy times with people, learning on socializing.

This third year, I spent a lot of times doing and learning about Vipassana, Samatha and the vocabulary of"Modern Mindfullnes" .. Learning and training on how to still the mind.

The fourth year, I spent some time in Taiwan, Kaohsiung, taking a course to learn chinese and I continue to practice mindfulness meditation. I really loved this place and the people there.

I love to talk and make friend with new people, understand their point of view and see if I can do something for them.

PHILOSOPHY

If we destroy something around us we destroy ourselves. If we cheat another, we cheat ourselves.

True love is born from understanding.
