CURRENT MISSION

I'm in Korea teaching and trying to find a bit of culture at the same time, with a little side of having fun at the same time. I want to see where the wind blows me. I love meeting, learning and sharing experiences with new people.

ABOUT ME

Right now I'm just getting into all this stuff and loving it. Meeting different people and it's fantastic! I love being active, hiking, running, mountain biking (if I could get one here) and I'm always wanting to try something new. I'm not sure what makes me tick right now but just been here and meeting different people is doing it for me right now. I like to think I will go out of my way to help others out.

PHILOSOPHY

Give it a go, what's the worst that could happen? There is no point thinking what if, get out there and experience what you can. Just make sure you give some value to the people you meet and places you go.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Unfortunately I live in a box but I would be more than happy for someone to come and share if they need to (I only have a small bed and an average size floor). I can show people around this area or what little knowledge that I have of it, but what I know can be all yours. I am hoping to get in touch with others couch surfers in other cities only around Korea at the minute to find out more about this place but the world is my oyster really.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Very new, I've surfed once, which my friend organised and I loved it. That's why I'm back for more.

Interests

New experiences. Trying to make cider in my apartment thanks to Mike and Melissa. I like hiking, running, mountain biking, camping. I love listening to music, reading, cooking and trying to learn a new language.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm finding more music that I like at the minute. At the minute on I'm listening to Bon Iver, Raphael Saadiq, The Slackers, The Black Keys, Velvet Underground and some French and Spanish stuff too. I loved reading anything by Terry Pratchett for a easy read but anything that opens my mind to the world.

What do I know... I can service a bicycle and tell you how to get healthy. I would love to learn who to play the Ukulele and hopefully very soon how to make cider.
