I´m David from Portugal, i´m 28 years old and i like to do sports and travel. In 2016 i make my first long travel to Thailand, almost unintentionally after invitation from a friend, and my live change. Or at least my way of thinking has changed. Seeing new cultures, new languages, new foods made me see what I was missing by not traveling more often. I realized that trading time and money to travel is the best investment you can make. I will make my first big trip alone but I think it's time to leave the comfort zone and launch me into the discovery of the world without fear or prejudice .

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This is new for me but i want to share experiences and get to know countries not only as a tourist, but as a local, and for that there is no better way than meeting local hosts. Sharing is one of the best things in life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had a small business and in 2018 I left everything to go to Spain without work or home.
My girlfriend, in that time, got a job and I saw a good opportunity to challenge myself and go with her.
Don't regret anything because it was the best experience of my life. Go through difficulties and find daily solutions to solve the problems that were appearing,
