I grew up in a small sea side town in Dorset, UK but have lived in various parts of the UK due to my work. I was a Civil Engineer up to 2018 but decided that it was time to pursue happiness rather than money and career so I moved to Berlin where I met my Girlfriend and found work as a handy worker.

I enjoy hiking/walking, camping or just relaxing at home. I would normally just chill with the TV on watching docs on culture, nature, history or i will just binge watching on netflix. Any recommendations would be appreciated!
I really enjoy meeting up with my friends. I love a good beer or ale and a catch up or chat about all sorts - travelling, philosophy, random events or whats happened that day, I can pretty much flow with a conversation about anything.
I'm a very open minded and liberal person and I'm at my happiest when in the company of like minded friends/people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My Girlfriend and I are travelling through Scandinavia with our little dog Johnny and to make it more of an adventure we have decided to sleep in the back of our car for the 2 month journey... well it also helps keeping the travel costs down as we are not travelling with a lot of money to our names

I am hoping that the Couchsurfing community will be able to help us along the way with advice, places to see, people to meet or if we are really lucky a bed for the night. If thats too much to ask we would just love to have a places to freshen up on the way or to meet new people for a beer or two :)

We both love culture and meeting new people and we both love helping people so any kindness paid to us would happily be returned - if you need help with choirs or work we could do this.
