Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am traveling across North America and sometimes it can be difficult to find BLM and National Forest land to camp in-- especially near larger cities where there is a lot going on.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music-- Jam Bands and Classic Rock. But I listen to everything. I love blues and jazz, and I am very into some of the new alternative/indie music.

Books-- I am a huge literature lover. My favorite Fiction authors are John Steinbeck and Kurt Vonnegut. My favorite memoir/autobiographical writers are Jack Kerouac and John Krakauer. My favorite Journalist is Hunter S Thompson. My favorite poets are Allen Ginsberg and Jim Harrison.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share stories and I can make good conversation. If you are generous enough to open your home to me, I will be more than willing to help with tasks that need to be done in your home.
