I'm living in a little village in a beautiful region beside the Pyrenees since my 25th's. I decided to move here to get in touch with nature (I grew up in Gràcia -Barcelona-, which I now well and go often for family & friends visiting and occasionally for work).
I work with children, teens and adults in the nature, allowing good experiences by getting in touch with it, discovering secrets of many different forms of life (mammals, birds, plants...), creating good atmospheres for practicing awareness at different levels.

兴趣

Music in general, (I play guitar and ?im a member of a little choir where we sing traditional songs from around the world and everything we like... without limits)
I like chi-kung.

I like clown as a circus & life discipline, storytelling...

I've done social work with children and young people.
I'm an active membership of an ecologist & environmentalist NGO. (I'm not that sort of fanatic ecologist, but agree with principles of NGO like Green Peace or Friends of the Earth).

We can only improve this world by improving ourselves: if I want equality, respect or peace at the world, I have to practice it in my daily life and with myself.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Not amazing but, for me, challenging: living in London at my 24 and working as a bicycle messenger. Traveling by myself through the Australian outback and helping on a huge farm there.
