About Me
I am British, my wife Yvonne is German, we have been living in the French Pyrenees for a few years since leaving London. We live in an old farmhouse up in the foothills of the Canigo Massif. This spring and summer I am walking across the French Pyrenees from the Mediterrean to the Atlantic ( I hope), camping, staying with friends and learning as much about the places I pass through as I can.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When I was younger I spent a lot of time travelling and hitch-hiking around Europe, and was often offered accommodtion by people I met along the way. And of course I did the the same thing for people in return. Met some good people that I wouldn't hve met otherwise and some have stayed friends.
No longer hitch-hiking so much but still travelling.
