My name is David and I hail from the beautiful state of Wisconsin. I recently graduated from University at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. I love to travel and meet new people (why else would I be on couch surfing?!) I love to talk about all things except religion and politics--I am a bartender and believe those subjects should stay out of bars and friendly conversation, with a few exceptions. I have 3 little brothers and 2 parents, and friends and family all over the United States. I really enjoy hearing people's life and travelling stories, drinking craft beer, and playing the drums. I like beer so much that I occasionally brew my own!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couch surfing for a few reasons:
1) I want to meet people from all over the world.
2) Hotels are overrated and over priced.
3) Doing things the way the locals do them is much better than being a "tourist".
