Hi everyone!:)

Thanks for opening my profile. My name is David and I love to meet new people (if I am not in a depressive week at least haha). I’m a very social and outgoing person and it’s easy for me to open up to new people and make new friends. I’m also blessed with many very deep friendships and if we hung out in Berlin you will certainly meet some of them.^^

When I’m alone I’m probably listening to music, studying, reading or (as a hobby) study a new language. If I’m not alone I’m probably hanging out with friends in parks or bars or partying in a club. Oh and I also love cooking with my friends, or just sitting somewhere drinking wine and chatting about how we feel.

I always try to spend my semester breaks travelling somewhere in Europe. If you ask if I do it because I love travelling or because I want to run away from something, I honestly don’t know. But that’s another story…
If I’m in a foreign country I always try to meet local people. Being in hostels with other internationals is amazing, but I don’t feel like I get to know the city and the local culture if I am only with internationals. My best experiences were always when I was with locals.^^

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

When I once had a big apartment with a guest room, I wanted to try out Couchsurfing and opened my room for people to stay at my place. It was always an amazing and lovely experience. It’s a nice way to get to know someone, and it feels good to help people with a place to sleep or by showing them the city.:) I met people who became my friends and I’m still in contact with today.^^
