Overview
About Me
I am actively looking for paralegal work as soon as I complete my current battles. Then hope to go law school so I can represent low-income people allowing them access to justice that is frequently not available to them.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I discovered I could stay on couches for the payment of friendship, experiences, and, I was astonished (and appreciative), so here I am!
I am looking to host guests traveling through New Windsor NY

Music, Movies, and Books
Books:
The Fountain Head & Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand (I love the books, not her or her philosophy)
Movies:
1) The Matrix Trilogy. I love the complex, modern adaptation of Plato's Allegory of the Cave.
2) Resident Evil (Entire Series) - looking forward to the release on January 27, 2017. Highlight the problems with the über-conglomerate corporations. The Umbrella Corporation, über-conglomerate corporation, in the movie is exploring with genetic research at The Hive, the top-secret underground headquarters to create an invincible army that turns into Judgment Day for the rest of us as the deadly experimental T-virus is unleashed.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Received an award from President Obama. 2009 The President's Volunteer Service Award from President's Council on Service and Civic Participation in conjunction with Corporation for National & Community Service.
I am a retired chef following my junior high school teachers desire of me pursuing a law degree. At that time, I laughed at them and said that was considering dropping out of the 8th grade. I actually completed high school and now 6 more years with an A.A.S. in Paralegal Technology & a B.A.A.S. in Criminal Justice. Now, I only have 3 more years of school.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have volunteered many years feeding homeless people in Houston, TX and several more months volunteering at a homeless day shelter that allowed homeless people to eat, shower and wash clothes.
What I Can Share with Hosts
