I'm currently curating my bliss, as told by the late Joseph Campbell. I feel I'm (after some time) there or there about's - each moment is becoming more blissful. This is largely due to unlearning a lot of cultural indoctrination centred around abstract ideas.

I have no desire to be successful. I do not wish to accumulate things or wealth in monetary terms. I feel no need to seek love in the romantic sense, find "the one", settle down, have 2.4 children and keep up with the "Jones". There is no social hierarchy (It's all just an idea implanted in our minds). I have no time for social games.

What i do have time for is to understand myself and the environment around me better. I want to uncover the capabilities of my body and mind, delve deeper into my being as to be guided by my soul, freeing my self of the false dogmas beamed into my psyche since my inception.

I'm broadening my horizons, trying to see others points of view. My perception of things resonates as my truth. I'd like to hear and understand as many peoples truths as possible. I find we humans are (mostly) bizarrely beautiful, being extremely fascinating in our beliefs, quirks and dreams all at the same time. We are all unique but ultimately the same inside and out.

My time involves being a student and teacher of human movement and nutrition. My practices are in areas of body weight training, gymnastics, dance, yoga, and meditation. Food plays a huge role in my daily routine. I rent a piece of land from the local government (called an allotment) where i grow my own fruits and vegetables. In the kitchen I'm often drawn to cooking Asian food, but again i'm trying to expand my knowledge in all things food. I'd happily cook up some fresh produce for you.

I live with my brother in a two bedroom flat in the Headingley area of Leeds. We've an inflatable mattress we're more than happy to let people crash on.
