As a latin american living his early years in Central America, I had the opportunity to live, be raised in Los Angeles, and later to study in UC Berkeley, where I met people from all over the world. There I learned to appreciate art and cultures. Eating is one of my favorite activities, I would like to try dishes from every region of this planet.
