Hello there!!

Speaking of me as who I am and my character seems a little odd, but I will try to formulate it as good as I can!

I’m the kind of a quiet guy if you meet me first, not much of a talker more the listener. That doesn’t mean that I’m not interested in getting to know new people, I just need a little time to get comfortable. Besides that I’m a funny (at least I think I am) open minded, nice person ;). I am very interested in books, I read a lot. I love movies and my absolute passion is music and in all its many different genres!

I’m a skilled cook and waiter but until recently I was working in the event industry mainly as an audio engineer, but I was also doing all kinds of other stuff in the business. Besides that I was assisting a photographer around the year at his projects, mostly weddings but also different kinds of shootings where he needed my help.

2015 I spent over a year traveling around the Maritimes of Canada, did some WWOOFing wherever it was possible. It was an amazing experience plus I met my beautiful girlfriend there, with which I'm traveling Europe now.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have to admit that the first reason is to save money on my journey and of course getting to know new people!

Favorite Music:
Very hard to tell. I love all kinds of genres, it goes from classic to hip hop over some good old rock to heavy metal and ends somewhere between indie and folk music.

Movies:
The one and only. Fight Club.
All the beautiful movies by David Fincher, Quentin Tarantino, The Coen Brothers, Wes Anderson,...

Books:
All time favorite. On the Road by Jack Kerouac.
But also some books by Alex Garland, Chuck Palahniuk, Hunter S. Thompson, Ernest Hemingway, Charles Bukowski, Jon Krakauer,...

I am playing the guitar. Although I quit my lessons a year ago I still can play a little and a good jam session is always a possibility!
