One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I arrived to Mexico City, in my Uni the Secretary give me and to a partner a list of documents that we have to get, and there exist and ID (that only give to people who had lived there for a long time and Mexicans). We were to the Immigration Office and there said us:
Ok, We can't give you that document because you need a Visa. If you want it, get the Residence Visa into a Embassy (not here in the country), come back and you will have a seal. With this seal we give you the ID. You could go back to Colombia, or maybe Guatemala, it's very near of here.

And we were: :|

Just... think about it. I only was here 3 days and in Immigration wanted that we go to another country for get it!!! Finally, We hadn't to get this document. The Secretary made a mistake and... everything were Ok.
