I've always had an idyllic dream of bootlegging it around the world like so many seem to do but would now actually like to travel Europe alongside a career path in hope of attaining a ton of experience allowing me to one day run a successful restaurant of my own. Idealistically..!

Ideally somewhere to stay whilst I work and find accommodation of my own. I would gladly host myself once settled.

Interests

History, different societies/ cultures, learning about them, it all coincides with what I am about and how I like to express what I cook.

Music, Movies, and Books

A lot. I could babble on about music. Films, ok I'd rather listen to an album and go for a walk then watch a film. But I do like some of the obvious ones, and I do read, quite often, mainly memoirs, philosophies and cook books. (And a huge soft spot for fantasies)

Teach, Learn, Share

I love the romance of cooking, especially between people that have just met, trading ideas, finding mutual ideas! I am also keen on learning languages and love teaching ridiculous British slang terms (I did a lot of that at uni :D )
