I'm a youthful 50something divorced professional with two adult children living elsewhere. I have a nice, comfortable home with extra bedrooms, etc., great amenities e.g. hi-speed wireless Internet, lots of media, books, etc. It sits on a hill in the middle of an 8+-acre farm outside of Weaverville and Asheville, NC--10 minutes to one, 20 to the other. Beautiful panoramic views of surrounding mountains 360 degrees; in a picturesque area a couple miles from the French Broad and Ivy Rivers. I'm a homebody--writer, and a small business making popular fermented foods I sell wholesale to area natural foods markets. Great cook, good sense of humor. Keep some livestock; currently only rabbits and poultry, but usually often larger stock too; free-range/pastured on the property and around the yard, sheds., etc.
