I'm a retired very young and physically fit 65 year old man. I've recently moved to Banchory Royal Deeside from Perth where I lived for over twenty years. ( Read attached newspaper article). I moved back to Aberdeenshire where I was born to be closer to my 2 children and 3 grandchildren. I live by myself and have a spare bedroom which I'm will to let someone have if they're the right person. Royal Deeside is a place of spectacular beauty all seasons of the year with many woods, hills, rivers and open spaces. Balmoral where the royal family take their summer holidays is nearby. Next year I'm signed up to cycle from Lands End to John O'Groats.
