About Me

ABOUT ME

I am a very laid back, easy going guy. I love going on adventures and experiencing new things! Since I was 18 I tried to go on at least one trip a year. Lately those trips have not been as exciting, but I still manage to see a new part of the Country at least once a year.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I lived in NB for 5 years. I met a friend there who introduced me to couch surfing. We dual hosted people or directed guests to each others places if we were unable. It was a fun time and I hope to meet some new people now that I am living in Ottawa!

Interests

I love being outside doing just about anything. I enjoy having a beer or whiskey with my friends at a house or pub. I also love my Jeep, nothing beats driving around with the doors and top off on a nice sunny day! I also love travelling and meeting new people, everyone has a story to tell and I love hearing them! Oh and live music is pretty awesome too

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbing Volcano Baru in Panama. It is the highest point in Panama, it took 6 hours to get to the top and when we got there we could see the entire country, it was breathtaking. Then it took 6 hours to climb back down. Before the hike I was white water rafting all day which ended in Costa Rica. I got back to my hostel and then did the mountain hike from 11pm and we got back around 1pm the next day. Another favourite moment was in a small pub in Ireland. The town was about 400 people and people just showed up with their instruments to play. The bar was packed, shoulder to shoulder, and everyone had a pint of Guiness in their hands. It was so much fun!
